The Art Nouveau artists such as Emile Galle got inspired from the Japanese arts and furniture.
Japanese tea cabinet was one of them which brought inspiration to European artists.
This cabinet is from Shyowa period and it is more functional and practical than the original tea cabinet designed for only tea ceremony.
This is irresistibly pretty when we mix it with European antique porcelains and glasses.
This will be available for viewing at the gallery by the end of this week.
